Short, honest terms for using this site and the game demo.

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the GoalWorld website (goalworld.fun) and the GoalChain Play demo (play.goalworld.fun). By using them, you agree to these terms.

2. The demo is a demo

• GoalChain Play runs on Solana Devnet in simulation mode. It does not execute real on-chain transactions and does not involve real money.
• Any tokens or points shown in the demo (including the in-app $GCH balance) are simulation values with no market value. They cannot be bought, sold, redeemed or withdrawn.
• Nothing on this site is financial, investment or betting advice, and no offer of securities, tokens or real-money gaming is being made here.

3. The saga, the art, the code

• The GoalWorld name, brand, saga text and artwork belong to their creator and are protected by copyright. The books and film materials are shared for reading and viewing — not for resale or republication as your own.
• Press assets may be used for coverage as described on the press kit page.
• Code in the public GitHub repository is licensed under the license stated in that repository.

4. Acceptable use

Don't try to break the site, overload it, scrape it to resell content, or use it for anything illegal. Don't impersonate GoalWorld or its creator.

5. No warranties

The site and the demo are provided “as is”, for play, reading and curiosity. We keep them running with care but make no warranties about availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site or the demo.
